On 8th October, 2024, members of the RESPONDENT project participated in and presented at the European Union Agency for the Space Programme’s (EUSPA) online User Consultation Platform event.
EUSPA’s UCP is a structured process that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, service providers, innovators, and various EU Space user communities to voice their needs, share best practices, and present case studies. This year, the platform focused on 12 themes, highlighting stakeholder utilisation of Copernicus, EGNOS, Galileo, and Secure SATCOM.
Represented by two of our Athens-based project partners, Future Intelligence Ltd (FINT) and kIEFER Tek Ltd (KIEFER), who delivered a joint presentation on the project during the session on Energy. As part of its presentation, the partners discussed the project’s innovative use of European space technologies, the challenges that the project addresses, and the wide range of stakeholders and end-users that RESPONDENT’s solutions will benefit.
In addition, attendees of the event were also invited to participate in RESPONDENT’s upcoming pilot demonstration in Athens on October 15th, aiming to validate the project’s innovative power generation forecasting AI/ML algorithm under real-world conditions.
